Job Description

  • Consult customer, answer customer enquiry and selling product at counter.
  • Guide customer, Assist customer to completing documents before going to teller counter.
  • Customer care and develop customer.
  • Consulting customer, answer enquiry and selling product at counter:

(a). Gathering information, answer customer complaint, exchange information, understand customer need and consult customer to choose the bank products and services.
(b). Execute selling and cross selling products and services to customer come to the bank or through phone call.
(c). Search – answer customer account information, provide customer statement and other documents related to customer.

  • Guide, assist customer to completing documents before approaching teller counter:

(a). Guide customer to complete document and completed documents, forms base on each products and services.
(b). Open an account for customer (new customer) open current account and send to Teller to receive the minimum balance; register payment card and credit card and register electronic banking.
(c). Issue and control customer cheque.
(d). Prepare document to certify customer account balance.
(e). Check and collect certified documents bringing foreign currencies to oversea.
(f). Guide customer to Teller counter. Facilitate customer need to other department/division; manage according to responsibilities and duties (if any).

  • Customer Care and Develop Customer:

(a). Scan customer signature.
(b). Filling customer document and information. Input and evaluate customer information in order to consult selling products and recommend to management on products and services and set up other program for consulting, selling products and customer care.
(c). Implement customer care services.
(d). Implement telemarketing – allocate time everyday to call customer (or using other methods, sms, email, send letter..) to introduce other products and services (promotion program, new products and services) to make appointment with customer to build a networking with customer.
(e). Follow up and care customer who use saving card, maturity of terms deposit.

  • Follow up customer for repayment of the debt.
  • Report repayment information to the supervisor.
  • Create customer file for late repayment and take action follow up customer.
  • Convince customer to continue to use our products and services.
  • Finding customer who trading in the market at your local area.
  • Execute other tasks according to management delegate.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate minimum college: economic, accounting, finance and banking/marketing
  • English Language: Good
  • Computer: useable
  • Priority for experience candidate in customer service and sale
  • Honest, Careful, willingness.
  • Happy personality.
  • Ability to service and care.
  • Ability to handle customer.
  • Objective: Selling products and services and provide consultation achieved from 100% up from the plan.
  • Customer satisfaction 100%
  • Percentage of error in servicing customer 0%
  • Provide customer information to other department completed and fast.
  • Number of opinion and request to change products and services or suggest new product in order to meet customer need at lease 2 request / year.
