Job Description

  • Perform the operation during transaction processing to ensure and compliance with the accounting process, the accounting records and the rules of banking are allowed on: debt collection, local payment, the electronic payment transactions, foreign exchange transactions, the transactions related to customer account …
  • Coordinate with the personnel in charge of disbursement finish the process of disbursement; comply with the judgment of credit deployment to ensure on time and accurate
  • Perform the debt collection, responsible for checking to ensure the accurate collection of customer loans and timely send internal document to staff in charge to carry out the liquidation of the loan as prescribed
  • Follow the assigned inspection, bank statement reconciliation of customer deposits, ensuring the consistency.
  • Carrying out internal cash payment and with customers to ensure on time, accurately, securely and compliance with regulation.
  • Comply with the work of Sacombank cash transactions at the counter, safe accordance Bank Policy.
  • Implement the use, preservation Important Paper, the other prints as assigned / prescribed Bank
  • Implementation of customer care at the counter to bring satisfaction and trust of our customers
  • To promptly report the management level of the defining issues of business processes in order to improve the process, streamlined and efficient.
  • Carrying out of rotation documentation prescribed Bank.
  • Responsible for the management and security USER log into the system to ensure safety and prevent abuse risk.

Job Requirements

  • Graduation for: Economics, Finance, Banking, Foreign Trade, or other related subjects.
  • Computer: Proficiency in using Microsoft office, keyboarding skills, fast and accurate
  • English: Good
  • Priority has experience working in the field of dealing with customers, customer care
